Yes, we allow outside vendors at The Venue at Brookhill Ranch! To make things easier on your special day, we offer a vendor lounge area where your vendors can relax and prepare.

You can invite anywhere from 100 to 500 guests, depending on your chosen location. Our Pavilion accommodates up to 250 guests, while the Event Center holds up to 500. We also offer outdoor spaces with guest capacities ranging from 100 to 500. For all weddings, we provide tables and chairs for up to 250 guests, which are included in our Rose and Lily packages.

We offer a variety of on-site accommodations for you and your guests during your wedding weekend. Our charming tiny houses each accommodate up to 6 people, and The Bungalow is perfect for larger groups, offering space for up to 10 guests. These options are available for an additional fee and can be rented for the entire weekend, providing a convenient and comfortable place for your wedding party or family to stay and get ready.

In addition to weddings, The Venue at Brookhill Ranch hosts a variety of events throughout the year. Our cherished Brookhill Ranch Summer Camp provides an unforgettable experience for children and teens. We also offer special retreats, including Turkey Day and Lead Weekend, designed for high school and college students to connect, learn, and recharge. Our versatile facilities are also available to rent for corporate events, retreats, conferences, and more, making Brookhill Ranch an ideal choice for any gathering.
